1100 aluminum plate is an industrial pure aluminum, which has the advantages of high elongation, tensile strength, excellent electrical conductivity and high formability. It is commonly used for parts that require good forming and processing properties, high corrosion resistance, and do not require high strength. We can produce ultra-wide and ultra-thick 1100 aluminum plate (the widest width is 2650mm, and the thickest thickness is 500mm), in which the internal stress is eliminated, the cutting doesn’t deform.
Applications of hot-rolled 1100 aluminum plate: deep-filled material, bottle cap, wide-width building curtain wall, bus interior, bus door/engine board, decoration and decoration, aluminum bus bar, aluminum for transformer, heat sink, etc.
